All products made by Luggie are made using Duets by Gemini Ultimate 1/8" 3-ply acrylic.

All Luggie tags are made in-house in Los Angeles using an industrial rotary engraving machine where each tag is programmed before being engraved.

The main difference between a Luggie key tag and luggage tag is the size difference. Our key tags are a similar size to military dog tags, and our luggage tags are the same size as most leather luggage tag holders found on most suitcases. For specific sizing, please refer to the "Specifications" section on each products' page.

Our color options are consistent across all of our products: black, chocolate, dark blue, light blue, grey, red, white, and yellow.

Our Luggie Key tags come with three different strap options: just the hole, meaning no strap, a classic key ring like the one on your current keychain, or a wire loop. The latter has been our most requested strap alongside any key tag order.

All Luggie Luggage Tags are shipped with a flexible durable worm loop. Please note that our luggage tags are designed to fit most leather luggage tag holders that come with most suitcases.

Due to the minimum amount of sheets required to order a unique color, we cannot offer custom colors. However, we are constantly looking for new colorways to add. In fact, we will be adding two unique colors this month!

Yes! We can italicize writing. Please feel free to add any requests in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to meet your requests. If we cannot, then we'll send you an email before producing your tag with an alternative.

Yes, on our custom key tags if only lines 1 and/or 2 are filled then we will center your text.

Most orders arrive within 5 business days after fulfillment notification within the United States. International orders typically arrive within 15 days after fulfillment notification.
