At Luggie, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

15-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 15-day return policy, giving you ample time to inspect your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations. If you wish to return your item, please email us at returns@luggie.design within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Upon retrieval of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

Please allow up to 8-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@luggie.design
